Test Equipment

While testing I.S. circuits, care must be taken when using digital multi-meters and current loop testers.

Although I.S. equipment can be opened in the hazardous area, test equipment must be certified for use in hazardous areas.

NOTE

Note: To measure current in an I.S. loop insert the test meter in the safe area side of the I.S. loop.
